  • Bring dance shoes/socks for all genres

  • Wear all black leo or sports bra with dance shorts or leggings.

  • Hair up, no jewelry

 

At Prodigy 17 Dance Company, our mission is to cultivate versatile, forward-thinking artists through innovative choreography, personalized instruction, and professional mentorship. Our choreography is original and purposefully different — it’s what draws many to our program and sets us apart! With a foundation of award-winning excellence, we train dancers through each stage in their dance journey, to develop the confidence, discipline, and versatility needed to succeed — whether it be drill teams, pursuing college dance programs, professional careers, or any path they choose.

While our program has high standards and expectations — like any strong competitive company — we value flexibility and open communication. Our goal is always to support your dancer’s full potential.​ We do this by challenging dancers to work beyond their comfort zones in a creative, supportive and fun space, where individuality and teamwork go hand in hand. 

Prodigy 17 Dance Company is here — a competitive-only training ground for dancers ages 7 & up who are ready to push limits and redefine excellence.

Prodigy 17 Dance Audition Details

A Sneak Peek at What’s Ahead:

  • Company Technique Classes – Focused, high-level training

  • All Star Prep Classes - High level training in pom, hip hop, jazz and lyrical. To prepare for collegiate teams.

  • Prodigy Prep Class - technique class for ages 5-7 yrs to prepare them for the competitive company. 

  • Prodigy Core Class - Intermediate level technique combo classes for ages 7-12 to prepare them for competitive company.

  • Monday–Wednesday Schedule – More flexibility for family, other activities and school work

  • Drop-In Classes – Open to the public

  • Drill Team Friendly – Avoid schedule conflicts

  • Master Classes – Optional and open to all

  • Solo Choreography & Privates – Available to company and non-company dancers

  • Open Floor – Studio rentals for rehearsals or independent training
